The launch is a strategic move that reflects the company’s evolution, expanded capabilities, and long-term vision for management, development, acquisitions, operations, and technology. The new executive team, comprised of Colin Kiley, CEO, Doug West, COO, and Erik Agostoni, CFO, brings more than 60 years of combined industry experience through the developments of Rybovich, Lauderdale Marine Center, Bradford Marine, and Willis Custom Yachts. Under their leadership, Alliance Marine’s ethos will prioritize its partnerships with investors, marina and shipyard owners, and boaters to provide a world-class boating experience.

Together, they form a unified identity and more versatile organization, positioning Alliance Marine as industry-leading operators, developers, and marine experts.
Operating under Alliance Marine, three distinct divisions have been created to provide the company with a comprehensive platform to own, manage, and innovate within the marina sector, setting the stage for sustained growth. The divisions include:
- Alliance Marine Management –A full-service portfolio of marina management services, including operations, human resources, accounting, marketing, and more.
- Alliance Marine Development –A dedicated entity focused on the strategic acquisition, planning, design, and construction of world-class marina destinations.
