Colin Kiley brings more than three decades of hands-on marine experience to his role as CEO of Alliance Marine Holdings. A lifelong operator, Colin has led shipyards, service companies, and international yachting ventures—building a reputation for scaling marine assets while protecting the culture that makes them thrive. Before leading Alliance Marine alongside Doug West and Erik Agostoni, he served as COO of Lauderdale Marine Center for The Carlyle Group and CRO for Bradford Marine, guiding growth, operations, and successful transitions. A USCG-licensed captain and competitive yachtsman, Colin blends deep industry expertise with strategic vision, driving Alliance’s mission to elevate, innovate, and expand the marina experience for owners, boaters, and communities.​

Doug West brings over 30 years of executive leadership across the marine, automotive, and retail sectors. Known for transforming organizations into performance-driven enterprises, Doug has led some of the most recognized names in the industry—including serving as President of Rybovich and later as CEO of Lauderdale Marine Center, where he doubled revenue and turned it into one of the world’s leading shipyards. Most recently, he partnered with Willis Custom Yachts to expand its presence as a premier custom sportfish builder. As COO of Alliance Marine Holdings, Doug leverages his track record of growth, operational discipline, and servant leadership to strengthen teams and ensure lasting value across the Alliance portfolio.

With more than three decades of financial leadership experience, Erik Agostoni serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Marine Holdings, where he oversees all financial strategy, governance, and capital management. His career spans roles as a private company CFO, global HR executive, board director, auditor, and business consultant—giving him a 360° perspective on how organizations grow and thrive. Erik previously served as CFAO of Bradford Marine, where he built finance, HR, and governance systems to support expansion, and held senior roles at Crown Castle, Ansys, and Kennametal. A former Ernst & Young auditor and active board member, Erik is recognized for his ability to align financial discipline with strategic growth, ensuring Alliance delivers long-term value for owners, investors, employees, and communities alike.

Paul Drummond is a seasoned real estate development executive with more than 25 years of experience leading residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. Over his career, he has overseen the successful delivery of more than $3 billion in projects, including luxury high-rise condominiums, hotels, golf course communities, retail centers, and marina-based developments. Paul’s expertise spans every stage of the development lifecycle — from land acquisition and entitlements to design, financial modeling, and construction management — making him a trusted leader in delivering large-scale, high-impact assets for Alliance Marine.

Paul Goldsholl brings a proven track record in building scalable HR systems for both large organizations and fast-growth companies. Since joining Alliance Marine in 2017, he has overseen HR, training, and hiring efforts, providing stability and structure during a period of rapid expansion that grew the team from 40 to more than 800 employees. Paul previously developed expertise at Towne Park, managing complex talent initiatives across an organization of 13,000+ employees nationwide. Recognized as a thought leader in the intersection of HR and technology, Paul serves on advisory boards for two AI-driven HR tech organizations. His ability to align people strategies with business transformation makes him a key driver of Alliance Marine’s culture and growth.

Nate Moyer has more than 20 years of operational leadership experience in hospitality and marine services. Since joining Alliance Marine in 2019, he has risen from Regional Manager to Vice President of Operations, where he now oversees multi-site performance, process improvement, and team development across the company’s expanding portfolio. Previously, Nate spent 15 years with Towne Park, managing large regional teams and delivering operational excellence across diverse markets. His expertise in scaling operations and building strong service cultures makes him a key driver of Alliance Marine’s growth

Basma Taimoor is a finance executive with more than a decade of experience guiding corporate financial strategy. She has expertise in budgeting, valuation, and sensitivity analysis, as well as a strong command of GAAP principles and data-driven financial modeling. Known for her precision and analytical acumen, Basma has led restructuring initiatives and built forward-looking strategies that strengthen both financial performance and business agility. At Alliance Marine, she partners closely with executive leadership to drive informed decision-making, optimize capital allocation, and support sustainable growth.

Before joining Alliance Marine in 2024, he served as Vice President of Operations at Windward Marina Group, where he spent six years overseeing day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic growth across a diverse marina portfolio. At Alliance Marine, Stephen manages key assets with a focus on operational efficiency, long-term value creation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Brendan brings a sharp eye for detail and a steady, solutions-driven approach to every project he leads at Alliance. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for guiding complex capital initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring alignment across design, construction, and operational goals. Prior to joining Alliance, Brendan served as a capital project manager overseeing large-scale renovations across the East Coast, Washington State, California, and Hawaii. His experience spans a wide range of asset types, including high-end residential properties, historic renovations, and multi-family developments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both technical execution and long-term value creation. Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, where he developed a strong foundation in design that continues to inform his work in the construction and development space.A lifelong mariner, Brendan has taught sailing to beginners and seasoned sailors alike and has a deep appreciation for marina life. One of his favorite memories is getting married on the waterfront at Occoquan Marina in Virginia, a fitting milestone for someone whose personal and professional worlds are both tied to the water.
