Basma Taimoor is a finance executive with more than a decade of experience guiding corporate financial strategy. She has expertise in budgeting, valuation, and sensitivity analysis, as well as a strong command of GAAP principles and data-driven financial modeling. Known for her precision and analytical acumen, Basma has led restructuring initiatives and built forward-looking strategies that strengthen both financial performance and business agility. At Alliance Marine, she partners closely with executive leadership to drive informed decision-making, optimize capital allocation, and support sustainable growth.

Maria serves as Human Resources Director at Alliance Marine, bringing broad HR experience and a practical, people-focused approach to leadership. Since joining the company in 2020 as HR Manager, she has advanced through Senior HR Manager to Director, supporting every aspect of the teammate experience. Her work includes handbook overhauls, HR technology and retirement plan transitions, comprehensive benefits management, and leading a culture committee for an organization of more than 800 teammates. Maria thrives in teammate relations, helping leaders navigate difficult conversations and ensuring teammates feel heard and supported. She began her HR career in 2018, previously serving the City of Winter Park. She holds a master’s degree in HR Business Management and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Marlene Blandino brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, performance analytics, and business transformation across hospitality, agribusiness, consumer goods, financial services, and petroleum. Since joining Alliance Marine in 2023, she has advanced from FP&A Manager to Director of Business Technology, leading business technology strategy, systems integration, and reporting automation across the marina portfolio. Her combined financial and technical expertise helps modernize operations, improve visibility into overall business performance, and guides decision making that supports the growth of the company.

Paul Drummond is a seasoned real estate development executive with more than 25 years of experience leading residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. Over his career, he has overseen the successful delivery of more than $3 billion in projects, including luxury high-rise condominiums, hotels, golf course communities, retail centers, and marina-based developments. Paul’s expertise spans every stage of the development lifecycle — from land acquisition and entitlements to design, financial modeling, and construction management — making him a trusted leader in delivering large-scale, high-impact assets for Alliance Marine.

Sarrah Hearne is a sales and client experience leader with a strong track record in the yachting and marine industries. She has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, elevating service standards, and strengthening relationships with yacht owners, marine service providers, and industry partners. Sarrah’s expertise spans luxury yacht services, marine operations, and event management, giving her a unique perspective on the evolving needs of the marine community. At Alliance Marine, she drives sales strategy and client engagement to fuel growth and customer loyalty.

Stephen Mask brings extensive experience in marina operations and asset management, with a proven track record of optimizing performance across marine properties. Before joining Alliance Marine in 2024, he served as Vice President of Operations at Windward Marina Group, where he spent six years overseeing day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic growth across a diverse marina portfolio. At Alliance Marine, Stephen manages key assets with a focus on operational efficiency, long-term value creation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
